The Standards

The standards below are what we believe every man, husband and father should be able to meet. We know everyone is starting at different points, and we commend your courage for the desire to better yourself. Every standard has a list of physical modalities and as we progress in building our vision, we will provide basic plans that can help you reach these numbers.

Push Ups in the Park

Associates Degree

This is the basic standard every man should meet. If you cannot meet these right now, no worries. With simple body weight workouts, 3-4 times a week, you can meet this

Weightlifter

Bachelors Degree

These standards are a bit more advanced. If you maintain a moderate fitness level, you probably can meet them. If your graduating from the Associates Standards, you may need to increase the length of your workouts or start working in some moderate weights.

Barbell with Weights

Masters Degree

These standards will put you in the top percentile of physical strength and stamina. Workouts will need to increase in intensity and frequency.
